Refund Policy

UrbanSeva aims to deliver trustworthy home service support. This refund policy explains when refunds may be available for cancelled or unsatisfactory service bookings.

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel before the service partner arrives or before materials are purchased, a refund may be issued depending on the service provider's policy.

2. Service Not Provided

If the service is not completed or if the provider fails to arrive, contact UrbanSeva support immediately. We will assess the case and help coordinate any refund or follow-up service.

3. Disputes & Resolution

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We recommend notifying us within 24 hours of the service so we can review the issue with the partner.

4. Third-Party Payment

Payments may be collected by the assigned service provider. Refunds may therefore be processed by that provider in line with their terms.
